2. Gently step onto the scale with bare feet. Ensure your feet are positioned on the four metal electrodes for body composition analysis.
3. Stand still until your weight is displayed and stabilizes on the LCD screen.
4. If the app is open and paired, the data will automatically synchronize.

5.2. Using the OKOK App for Body Analysis
