Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your JBL TUNE 115BT headphones. Connect the supplied Micro USB charging cable to the charging port on the inline remote and to a USB power source. A full recharge takes approximately 2 hours. For quick use, a 15-minute charge provides up to 1 hour of playback.

2. Selecting Ear-tips

For optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the ear-tip size that best fits your ears. Three sizes (S, M, L) are provided. Experiment with different sizes to find the most secure and comfortable fit.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the JBL TUNE 115BT headphones by pressing and holding the power button on the inline remote until the LED indicator flashes blue.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "JBL TUNE 115BT" from the list of found devices.
  4. Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.

4. Multi-Point Connection

The JBL TUNE 115BT supports multi-point connection, allowing you to seamlessly switch between two connected Bluetooth devices. For example, you can watch a video on your tablet and instantly switch to answer a call on your mobile phone without re-pairing.

Operating the Headphones

Inline Remote Control

The JBL TUNE 115BT features a 3-button inline remote with an integrated microphone for convenient control of your audio and calls.

Audio Playback

With the built-in microphone, you can make and receive hands-free calls. Use the center button on the remote to manage calls as described in the table above.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regularly clean your headphones to maintain hygiene and performance. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the earbuds and remote. For ear-tips, you can gently remove them and clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.

Storage

When not in use, the magnetic earbuds ensure the headphones remain securely around your neck, preventing tangles. For longer storage, keep the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headphones frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your JBL TUNE 115BT headphones, refer to the common problems and solutions below:

  • No Power: Ensure the headphones are charged. Connect to a power source using the charging cable.
  • Cannot Pair:
    • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
