Setup and Assembly Instructions

The Arebos Heavy Duty Shelf features a tool-free plug-in system for quick and easy assembly. Follow these steps:

  1. Prepare the Area: Clear a spacious, flat, and stable area for assembly.
  2. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect two short horizontal beams and two long horizontal beams to four vertical support beams to form the base rectangle. Ensure the tabs on the beams align with the slots on the vertical supports and are securely pushed into place. A rubber mallet may be used gently if needed.
  3. Install Lower Shelves: Insert the first MDF shelf onto the lowest set of horizontal beams.
  4. Build Upwards: Continue attaching horizontal beams at desired heights for the remaining shelves. The adjustable spacing allows for customization.
  5. Connect Upper Vertical Beams (if applicable): If assembling a full-height unit, use the provided connectors to extend the vertical beams. Ensure a secure fit.
  6. Install Remaining Shelves: Place the remaining MDF shelves onto their respective horizontal supports.
  7. Attach Plastic Feet: Place the plastic caps on the top and bottom ends of the vertical support beams to protect your floor and the shelf.
  8. Final Check: Ensure all connections are secure and the shelf is stable.

Alternative Configuration: This shelf can also be assembled as two half-height workbenches. To do this, assemble two separate units, each using half the vertical beams and shelves, as shown in the image below.
