Operating Instructions

LED Grow Light

The 23W LED grow light panel provides a full spectrum of light essential for plant growth. It operates on an automatic 24-hour cycle: 16 hours ON and 8 hours OFF. This cycle promotes rooting, sprouting, and overall growth.

Grow Modes

The system features two distinct grow modes:

  • Veggie Mode: Enhances blue light to promote leafy growth for vegetables and herbs.
  • Fruit Mode: Enhances red light to encourage flowering and fruiting for plants like tomatoes or strawberries.

Water & Air Circulation System

A built-in fan in the light panel provides air circulation, mimicking natural breezes, which aids plant growth and reduces light heat. A quiet pump in the reservoir circulates water, ensuring even nutrient distribution and oxygenation for healthy root development. The pump and fan operate on a cycle of 30 minutes ON and 30 minutes OFF.

Adjustable Height

As plants grow taller, the height of the LED light panel can be adjusted up to a maximum of 11.2 inches to accommodate their growth. This ensures optimal light exposure throughout the plant's life cycle.

Water and Nutrient Management

The water tank has a 4-liter capacity, designed to provide sufficient water for an extended period. Monitor the water level through the transparent indicator. Refill water and add nutrients as needed. The system includes two nutrient solutions (A and B) to support plant health.

Maintenance

  • Water Refill: Check the water level indicator regularly. Refill the tank when the water level drops below the minimum mark.
  • Nutrient Addition: Add nutrient solutions A and B according to the plant's growth stage and water volume. Refer to the nutrient guide provided with your system for precise measurements.
  • Cleaning: Periodically clean the water tank and pump to prevent algae buildup and ensure optimal system performance.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your moistenland Hydroponics Growing System, consider the following common solutions:

  • Slow Plant Growth: Ensure adequate light exposure by adjusting the LED panel height. Verify correct nutrient concentration and water pH.
  • Algae Growth: Algae can occur due to excessive light exposure to the water or high humidity. Ensure unused plant holes are covered to block light. Regularly clean the water tank.
  • Pump Malfunction: If the water pump is not functioning, check for obstructions or impurities in the water. Clean the pump as per maintenance guidelines.
  • LED Lights Not Turning On: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected. If the lights still do not activate, contact customer service.
