Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your stroller.

  • Frame Cleaning: Spot clean the aluminum alloy frame with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
  • Fabric Care: The fabric cover and cushion can be machine washed. Refer to the care label for specific washing instructions (e.g., cold water, gentle cycle). Air dry thoroughly.
  • Wheel Maintenance: Periodically check wheels for debris and ensure they rotate smoothly. Lubricate axles if necessary.
  • Safety Harness: Inspect the 5-point safety harness regularly for wear and tear. Ensure buckles function correctly.
  • Storage: Store the stroller in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your stroller, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Stroller does not fold/unfold smoothly: Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Ensure all locking latches are disengaged before folding and fully engaged after unfolding.
  • Wheels are stiff or squeaky: Clean any debris from the wheel axles. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts of the wheels.
  • Brake not engaging: Ensure the brake pedal is fully depressed. Check for any obstructions preventing the brake mechanism from engaging the wheels.
  • Bassinet/Seat unit not attaching securely: Verify that the unit is correctly aligned with the frame connectors and pressed down until it clicks into place. Ensure no fabric or debris is blocking the connection points.
