2. Important Safety Information
- Read all instructions before using this fireplace.
- This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
- Do not run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This fireplace has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or flammable vapors or liquids are used or stored.
- Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- The fireplace is equipped with an overheating protection feature that will automatically shut off the unit if it reaches an unsafe temperature.

4. Setup and Installation
This electric fireplace is designed for insert installation into an existing fireplace opening or a custom-built cabinet. Ensure the installation area meets the minimum opening requirements.
4.1 Dimensions and Clearance
The front dimension of the 33-inch model is 33"W x 8.84"D x 24.9"H. The back dimension is 29.6"W x 7.7"D x 23.81"H. The minimum required opening wall size is 30"W x 8.6"D x 23.8"H.

4.2 Placement Considerations
Ensure the fireplace is placed on a stable, level surface. Maintain proper clearance from combustible materials as specified in the safety section. The unit can be installed in a TV cabinet, built into a wall, or within a fireplace cabinet.

4.3 Electrical Connection
Plug the 6-foot power cable directly into a 120V AC grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords, power strips, or outlet adapters. Ensure the outlet is easily accessible.
5. Operating Instructions
The Valuxhome electric fireplace can be operated using the control panel on the unit or the included remote control. The remote control has an effective range of approximately 11.5 feet.

5.1 Power ON/OFF
Press the Power ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote to turn the unit on or off. This controls both the flame and heating effects.
5.2 Flame Brightness
The flame effect has 5 adjustable brightness levels. Press the Flame Brightness button to cycle through the levels (L1-L5).

5.3 Top Light Colors
The fireplace features 3 top light colors: orange, blue, and purple. Press the Top Light button to change the ambient light color.

5.4 Heating Settings
The unit offers two heat options: low (750W) and high (1500W). Press the Heating Settings button to select your desired heat output. The fireplace can also operate with the flame effect only, without heat.

5.5 Timer Function
A built-in timer allows for automatic shut-off, settable from 1 hour to 9 hours. Press the Timer button to adjust the duration.
5.6 Log Speaker
Activate the log speaker feature by pressing the Log Speaker button to enjoy a realistic fire crackling sound effect.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your electric fireplace.
6.1 Cleaning
- Always disconnect the power before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Clean the air inlet and outlet vents periodically to prevent dust buildup, which can affect heating efficiency.
6.2 Light Bulb Replacement
This unit uses LED technology for the flame effect, which typically does not require bulb replacement. If any issues arise with the lighting, contact customer support.
7. Troubleshooting

- No Power: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded 120V AC outlet. Check if the circuit breaker has tripped.
- No Heat Output: Verify that the heating function is activated and set to either low (750W) or high (1500W). Check if the overheating protection has been triggered; if so, unplug the unit, wait 10-15 minutes, and plug it back in. Ensure air vents are not blocked.
- Flame Effect Not Working: Ensure the unit is powered on. If the flame effect is still not visible, contact customer support.
- Remote Control Not Working: Check and replace the AAA batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fireplace sensor.
- Unusual Noises: A quiet fan noise is normal during heating operation. If you hear loud or unusual noises, turn off the unit and contact customer support.
