Setup and Installation
The Racokky Motion Sensor Light offers flexible installation options due to its built-in magnet and included adhesive strip.
Installation Methods:
- Direct Magnetic Adsorption:
If you have an ironwork surface (e.g., a metal cabinet, refrigerator side), simply place the light directly onto the surface. The strong internal magnet will hold it securely.

- Adhesive Strip Installation:
For non-ironwork surfaces (e.g., wood cabinets, walls), use the provided metal strip with 3M adhesive tape.
- Clean the desired installation surface thoroughly to ensure it is free of dust and grease.
- Peel off the protective film from one side of the 3M adhesive tape on the metal strip.
- Firmly press the adhesive side of the metal strip onto the cleaned surface for at least 30 seconds.
- Allow the adhesive to set for a few hours (ideally 24 hours) before attaching the light.
- Once the metal strip is securely attached, the light can be magnetically attached to it. This allows for easy removal for charging or repositioning.

Operation
The light features a multi-function rotary button and a PIR sensor for various operational modes.

Changing Modes:
Double-click the multi-function rotary button quickly to cycle through the operating modes:
- Mode 1 (Green Indicator): Motion & Light Sensor Mode
In this mode, the light will only turn on when motion is detected in sufficiently dark conditions. Ideal for night lighting, such as a night light.

- Mode 2 (Blue Indicator): Only Motion Sensor Mode
The light will turn on when motion is detected, regardless of ambient light conditions (day or night). Suitable for areas like stairs where light is needed upon entry at any time.

- Mode 3 (Red Indicator): Always On Mode
The light will remain continuously on. Useful as a flashlight or for continuous illumination in a specific area.
Power ON/OFF:
Press and hold the multi-function rotary button for 3 seconds to turn the light ON or OFF.
Adjusting Brightness:
Rotate the multi-function knob to adjust the brightness level from minimum to maximum (150LM to 250LM).

Checking Battery Status:
Single press the multi-function rotary button to check the battery status indicators.
Charging
The Racokky Motion Sensor Light is equipped with a built-in rechargeable battery. When the last indicator light flickers, it's time to recharge the light.
- Connect the included USB charging cable to the light's charging port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to any 5V USB power source, such as a USB adapter, power bank, laptop, or computer.
- During charging, the red power indicator lights will flicker.
- Once fully charged, all four red power indicator lights will remain steadily on.
- A single full charge can continuously last approximately 6 hours in Always On mode, or significantly longer in sensor modes depending on usage frequency.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the light, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish or electronic components.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the light when the low battery indicator appears. If storing the light for an extended period, charge it to about 50% and recharge every few months.
- Storage: Store the light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not turn on in sensor mode. | Insufficient ambient darkness (in Motion & Light Sensor Mode). No motion detected. Low battery. | Ensure the environment is dark enough for Mode 1. Move within the sensor's detection range. Charge the battery. |
| Light turns on too frequently or not at all. | Incorrect mode selected. Sensor obstructed or dirty. Interference from other light sources. | Verify the selected mode (Mode 1, 2, or 3). Clean the sensor lens. Ensure no objects block the sensor. Relocate the light if other strong light sources are interfering with the sensor. |
| Light falls off after adhesive installation. | Surface not clean or smooth enough. Adhesive not given enough time to set. Excessive weight or force applied. | Ensure surface is thoroughly cleaned and dry before application. Allow adhesive to cure for 24 hours. Consider using stronger adhesive if needed. |
| Battery life is shorter than expected. | Frequent activation in sensor modes. Continuous use in Always On Mode. Aging battery. | Reduce frequency of activation if possible. Use sensor modes for optimal battery life. If battery life significantly degrades over time, it may be due to normal battery aging. |
