2. Package Contents
Before you begin, please verify that your package contains the following items:

3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to set up your TP-Link Archer AX50 router. For a visual guide, please refer to the setup video below.

- Position the Router: Place the router horizontally on a flat surface. Orient the four external antennas vertically for optimal Wi-Fi coverage.
- Connect the Modem: Turn off your modem. If your modem has a backup battery, remove it. Plug one end of the provided Ethernet cable into the WAN port (blue) of the Archer AX50 router and the other end into your modem's Ethernet port.
- Power On: Connect the power adapter to the router's power port and plug it into a power outlet. Turn on your modem. Wait approximately 2 minutes for the router to start up. The LED indicators on the front of the router should stabilize.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Find the default Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password on the Wi-Fi Info Card provided with your router. Connect your computer or mobile device to this Wi-Fi network.
- Complete Setup via Tether App or Web Browser:
- Tether App (Recommended): Download the TP-Link Tether app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- Web Browser: Launch a web browser on a connected device. Enter
http://tplinkwifi.netorhttp://192.168.0.1in the address bar. Create a password to log in and follow the setup wizard.

4. Operating Your Router
Once set up, your Archer AX50 router provides a robust and secure wireless network. You can manage various settings and features through the Tether app or the web management interface.
