Safety Instructions

Setup

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  • The mixer features an intuitive control panel with touch-sensitive buttons for Mix, Ferment, Time adjustment, and Start/Pause.
  • To begin, press the 'Mix' button. The default mixing time is 15 minutes, which can be adjusted using the '+' and '-' buttons.
  • Press 'Start/Pause' to begin or temporarily stop the mixing process.
  • To cancel an ongoing operation, long-press the 'Cancel' button.

Mixing and Kneading
