3.1. Controls and Ports
- Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off.
- Rotary Knob: Rotate to navigate menus and adjust volume. Press to confirm selection.
- Back Button: Returns to the previous menu.
- Mode Button: Switches between Internet Radio, Bluetooth, and Media Player modes.
- Preset Buttons (1-4): Long press to save current station; short press to recall saved station.
- USB Charging Port: For charging the internal battery.
- Headphone Jack (3.5mm): For private listening.
4. Setup
4.1. Initial Power On and Charging
- Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the radio's USB port and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- Allow the radio to charge fully before first use. The charging indicator on the display will show progress.
- Press and hold the Power Button to turn on the radio.
4.2. Network Connection (Wi-Fi)
The WR336N requires a Wi-Fi connection to access internet radio stations and UPnP/DLNA features.
- Upon first power-on, the radio will prompt you to set up the network. If not, navigate to Menu > System Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Network.
- Select Scan Network to find available Wi-Fi networks.
- Choose your desired network from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password using the rotary knob to select characters and press to confirm. Use the Back Button to delete characters.
- Once connected, the Wi-Fi icon will appear on the display.
5. Operating
5.1. Internet Radio
Access thousands of internet radio stations worldwide.
- From the main menu, select Internet Radio.
- You can browse stations by Location, Genre, or use the Search function.
- Rotate the knob to scroll through options and press to select.
- To save a station to a preset, tune into the station, then long press one of the Preset Buttons (1-4) until "Preset Saved" appears.
- To recall a preset, short press the corresponding Preset Button.
5.2. Bluetooth Mode
Stream audio wirelessly from your Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Press the Mode Button until Bluetooth is selected on the display.
- The radio will enter pairing mode, indicated by "Bluetooth Pairing" on the screen.
- On your Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone), enable Bluetooth and search for "WR336N".
- Select "WR336N" to connect. Once connected, "Bluetooth Connected" will appear on the radio's display.
- You can now play audio from your device through the radio.
5.3. UPnP / DLNA Media Player
Play music files from network-connected devices (e.g., PC, NAS) that support UPnP or DLNA.
- Ensure your media server is running and accessible on the same Wi-Fi network as the radio.
- From the main menu, select Media Player.
- Choose UPnP or DLNA (depending on your server's protocol).
- The radio will scan for available media servers. Select your server from the list.
- Browse through your music library and select tracks to play.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
- Always turn off and unplug the radio before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces.
- For stubborn marks, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents.
- Avoid getting moisture into any openings.
6.2. Battery Care
- To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Charge the radio regularly, even if not in frequent use.
- Store the radio in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
