3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

Each walkie talkie requires three AA rechargeable batteries (included). Follow these steps to install the batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the walkie talkie.
  2. Push the tab on the battery cover and slide it downwards to remove.
  3. Insert three AA batteries into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
  4. Replace the battery compartment cover by sliding it upwards until it clicks into place.

  4. The charging indicator on the walkie talkie will illuminate during charging. Charging typically takes about 3 hours for a full charge, providing approximately 55 hours of standby time.
