Introduction
This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Stand Up Desk Store Electric Adjustable Height Standing Desk. Please read these instructions carefully before use to ensure proper function and longevity of your product. Keep this manual for future reference.
Setup and Assembly
Your electric standing desk features an EZ assemble frame designed for quick setup. It is recommended that two people assemble the desk, although it can be assembled by one person. A screwdriver is the only tool recommended for assembly, in addition to the hex wrenches provided.
Assembly Steps:
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list (not included in this document, refer to packaging).
- Assemble the desk frame according to the included instructions. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened.
- Attach the desktop to the assembled frame.
- Install the included furniture feet. Optional 2-inch locking casters can be installed instead for mobility.
- Connect the control panel and power cables to the motor and power supply. Ensure all connections are firm.

Operation
Your desk features electric height adjustment with programmable memory settings, allowing you to easily switch between sitting and standing positions.
Height Adjustment:
- Use the Up (▲) and Down (▼) arrow buttons on the control panel to manually adjust the desk height. The current height will be displayed on the digital screen.
- The 3-stage telescoping legs provide an extended height adjustment range to accommodate various user heights.
Programmable Memory Settings:
The control panel allows you to save your preferred sitting and standing heights for quick recall.
- Adjust the desk to your desired height using the Up/Down arrows.
- Press the M1 or M2 button until the display flashes, indicating the height has been saved to that preset.
- To recall a saved height, simply press the corresponding M1 or M2 button. The desk will automatically move to the saved position.
- The HOME button may also be available for a default home position.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your standing desk.
- Cleaning: Wipe the desk surfaces with a dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the finish.
- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 220 lbs (100 kg) on the desktop. Overloading can strain the motor and frame.
- Cable Management: Periodically check and organize cables to prevent snagging or damage during height adjustments.
- Casters/Feet: If using casters, ensure they are locked when the desk is in a stationary position. Periodically check that all feet or casters are securely attached.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your desk, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Desk Not Adjusting Height:
- Check all power connections. Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the desk and a working wall outlet.
- Verify that the control panel cable is firmly connected to the motor.
- If the motor seems unresponsive or erratic, try unplugging the desk from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to reset the system.
- Unstable Desk:
- Ensure all assembly bolts are tightened.
- If using casters, confirm they are locked. Note that even locked casters may allow some movement on certain floor types.
- Distribute weight evenly on the desktop.
- Error Codes on Display:
- If an error code appears, consult the full product manual (if provided separately) or contact customer support for specific guidance.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact Stand Up Desk Store customer support.
