5. Installation
The Antarctic Star Electric Fireplace offers two installation options: recessed in-wall or wall-mounted.
5.1. Wall-Mounted Installation
- Choose a suitable location on a wall, ensuring it is away from drapes, furniture, and high-traffic areas.
- Mark the desired height and position for the mounting bracket.
- Securely attach the mounting bracket to the wall studs using the provided screws. If mounting to drywall without studs, use appropriate wall anchors (not included).
- Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the mounting bracket.
- Ensure the unit is level and secure.

5.2. Recessed In-Wall Installation
- Determine the exact dimensions required for the wall opening based on the fireplace's rear dimensions (refer to Image 4.1).
- Construct a wooden frame within the wall opening to support the fireplace. Ensure the frame is sturdy and level.
- Carefully slide the fireplace unit into the prepared opening.
- Secure the fireplace to the wooden frame using appropriate screws.
- Ensure proper ventilation around the unit as indicated in the diagrams.

6. Operation
