1. Product Overview

The Aokitec Sensory Swing is an adjustable cuddle hammock designed to provide a relaxing and stimulating space for children and teens, particularly those with sensory processing disorder, autism, ADHD, or Asperger's. Made from soft, silky nylon, it offers a hug-like effect and helps with body awareness, balance, motor planning, and spatial skills. It can be used indoors or outdoors.

3. Setup and Installation

Proper installation is crucial for safety. Ensure the swing is securely mounted to a sturdy support structure. The maximum weight capacity is 300 lbs.

3.1 General Installation Steps

1. Find a suitable mounting location (wood beam or concrete ceiling).
2. Install the 360° swivel hanger using the appropriate screws for your ceiling type.
3. Thread the sensory swing fabric through the O-sling.
4. Attach the O-sling to the carabiner.
5. Connect the carabiner to the 360° swivel hanger.
6. Adjust the height using the daisy chain as needed.

Tighten the self-tapping screws into a sturdy wooden beam. Ensure the screws are fully engaged and the hanger is secure.

For Concrete Application:

Use a 12mm drill bit to drill holes in the concrete. Insert the expansion screws into the holes and tighten them to secure the hanger.

For Outdoor Use (Tree or Bar):

Connect the daisy chain to a sturdy tree branch or bar. Tie the short rope to the swing fabric. Attach the swing to the daisy chain using the carabiner and adjust the height.
