3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing

Upon opening the product box, you will find the following items:

3.2 SIM Card Installation

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the bottom edge of the device.
2. Insert the SIM ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards into the designated slots on the tray. The Vivo V20 Pro supports dual Nano-SIM cards.
4. Carefully reinsert the SIM tray into the device until it is flush with the side.

3.3 Initial Power-On

1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the Vivo logo appears on the screen.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, Google account setup, and fingerprint registration.
