Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance and its accessories.
2. Initial Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (mesh baskets, drip pan, rotisserie parts) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Placement: Place the air fryer oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 6 inches of clear space on all sides and above the unit for proper ventilation. Do not place it directly against a wall or under cabinets.
4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

• Power On/Off: Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn the unit on or off.
• Setting Temperature/Time: Use the "Temp/Timer" button to toggle between temperature and time settings. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the values.
• Light: Press the "Light" button to illuminate the interior of the oven during cooking.
• Delay Start: Use the "Delay Start" function to program the oven to begin cooking at a later time.

Air Frying

The air frying function uses rapid hot air circulation to cook food, resulting in crispy textures with significantly less oil. Place food in the mesh baskets or on the mesh trays.

• Place food evenly in the mesh basket or on the mesh trays. Do not overcrowd.
• Insert the basket/trays into the oven.
• Select a pre-set program (e.g., "French Fries", "Wings") or manually set temperature and time.
• Press the "ON/OFF" button to start cooking.
• Shake or flip food halfway through cooking for even crisping.

Rotisserie Function

The built-in rotisserie allows for cooking whole roasts, tenderloins, kababs, and chicken. Ensure food does not touch the heating elements or sides of the oven.

• Assemble the rotisserie rod with forks or use the rotisserie cage/steak cage. Secure food properly.
• Insert the assembled rotisserie into the oven's rotisserie slots.

Dehydrator Function
