4. Setup

1. Unpack the heating pad and controller from its packaging.
2. Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the heating pad. The plug can be inserted from either the front or the back for convenience.

3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V, 60Hz electrical outlet.
4. Position the heating pad around your neck and shoulders. Use the magnetic snap closure at the front to secure it in place.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Power On/Off and Heat Settings

1. To turn on the heating pad, press any button on the controller (Low, Med, or High). The corresponding LED light will illuminate.
2. Select your desired heat setting by pressing the respective button:
   • Low: Approximately 107°F (41.6°C)
   • Med: Approximately 149°F (65°C)
   • High: Approximately 160°F (71.1°C)
3. The heating pad will begin to warm up rapidly, typically feeling heat in seconds.
4. To turn off the heating pad, press and hold any button on the controller for 3 seconds. All LED lights will turn off.

5.2. Auto Shut-Off Feature

For safety and energy conservation, the heating pad is equipped with a 2-hour auto shut-off feature. The unit will automatically turn off after approximately 120 minutes of continuous use. If you wish to continue using it, simply turn it back on by pressing any button on the controller.

5.3. Moist Heat Therapy Option

For enhanced muscle relief, this heating pad supports moist heat therapy. Lightly mist the fabric surface of the heating pad with water using a spray bottle before applying it to your body. Do not saturate the pad. Ensure the pad is not plugged in while misting.

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning Instructions

The ZXU Heating Pad is machine washable for easy cleaning. Follow these steps:

1. Ensure the heating pad is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the controller is disconnected from the pad.
2. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water.
3. Do not bleach.
4. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the pad is completely dry before reconnecting the controller and using it again.
5. Do not iron.
6. Do not dry clean.

6.2. Storage

When not in use, store the heating pad in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding it tightly or placing heavy objects on top of it, which could damage the internal wiring.
