1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

To prevent injury or damage to the product, observe the following safety precautions:

• Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or installation.
• This product is designed for indoor use only.
• Ensure the power cord is not damaged or pinched.
• Do not immerse the light fixture or power adapter in water. The light is IP54 waterproof, meaning it is protected from dust and splashing water, but not submersion.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

4. Setup

4.1 Physical Installation

The ONF Flat Nano+ is designed for rimless tanks with a glass thickness between 0.19 and 0.31 inches (approximately 5-8mm).

1. Attach the mounting clamp to the edge of your rimless aquarium. Use the provided screwdriver to securely tighten the clamp. Ensure the clamp is firm but do not overtighten to avoid damaging the glass.
2. Insert the light fixture's vertical arm into the clamp.
3. Adjust the height and angle of the light to achieve optimal coverage for your aquascape. The light features an adjustable rotating head for precise positioning.
4. Connect the power adapter to the light fixture and then plug it into a suitable power outlet.

4.2 App Installation and Pairing

The ONF Flat Nano+ can be controlled via the ONF Link app, available for iOS and Android devices.

1. Download the 'ONF Link' app from your device's app store.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone or tablet.
3. Open the ONF Link app. Navigate to the 'Device List' and press the magnifier icon to search for your device.
4. The light's Bluetooth indicator will flash rapidly during pairing. Select 'FLAT NANO+' from the list to connect.
5. Once connected, the app will display 'Connect successfully!'.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Manual Brightness Adjustment

The ONF Flat Nano+ features a touch-sensitive button on the light fixture for manual control.

• Long Press: Press and hold the button to turn the light ON or OFF.
• Short Press: Briefly press the button to cycle through four preset brightness levels: 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.

5.2 App Control

The ONF Link app offers advanced control options:

• Brightness Control Mode: Adjust the light intensity from 0% to 100% with fine granularity. This mode is suitable for use with an external timer.
• Daylight Cycle Mode: Create a personalized lighting schedule with up to five groups of time and brightness settings. The light will gradually brighten or dim between set points, simulating natural sunrise and sunset. This feature helps prevent sudden light shocks to aquatic life and plants.
• The app's built-in memory saves your settings even when the light is turned off.

5.3 Advanced Full-Spectrum Lighting

• Cleaning: Gently wipe the light fixture with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust or water spots. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the light is unplugged before cleaning.
• Inspection: Periodically check the power cord and connections for any signs of wear or damage.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ONF Flat Nano+ light, refer to the following common solutions:

• Light not turning on: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the light fixture and a working power outlet. Check if the outlet is receiving power.
• App not connecting: Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the ONF Link app has Bluetooth permissions. Try restarting the app and ensuring the light is powered on.
• Difficulty modifying daylight cycle schedule in app: If you need to change the time of a previously set schedule group, you may need to delete the later groups first. In the Daylight Cycle settings, slide the group you wish to delete to the left to reveal the delete option. Delete groups from the bottom of the list upwards to ensure continuity.
• Light appears dim or inconsistent: Check the brightness settings in the app or manually cycle through the brightness levels to ensure it is set to your desired intensity.
