Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the keyboard's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes, as these can damage the finish. For keys, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth.
Storage
Store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
Troubleshooting
No Sound
- Ensure the power is on and the AC adapter is securely connected or batteries are correctly inserted.
- Check the master volume level and increase it if necessary.
- If headphones are connected, ensure they are fully plugged in and functioning correctly. Disconnect them to check if sound comes from the built-in speakers.
Keys Not Responding
- Verify the keyboard is powered on.
- If only certain keys are affected, ensure no debris is lodged beneath them.
- Try resetting the keyboard by turning it off and then on again.
