Setup
- Remove the heating pad from its packaging.
- Unroll the heating pad and lay it flat.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To turn on the heating pad, press any of the three heat setting buttons (Low, Med, High) on the control unit.
- To turn off the heating pad, press and hold any button on the control unit for approximately 3 seconds.
Heat Settings
The heating pad offers three distinct heat settings:
- Low: Approximately 107°F (41.7°C) - For gentle warmth.
- Med: Approximately 140°F (60°C) - For moderate heat therapy.
- High: Approximately 167°F (75°C) - For maximum heat therapy.
Select the desired heat level by pressing the corresponding button on the control unit. The pad heats up quickly, providing warmth within seconds.
Automatic Shut-Off
For safety and energy conservation, the heating pad is equipped with a 2-hour automatic shut-off feature. The pad will automatically turn off after two hours of continuous use. If you wish to continue using the pad, simply turn it back on by pressing a heat setting button.

Moist Heat Application
For deeper penetration and more effective muscle relief, this heating pad can be used with moist heat. To apply moist heat:
- Lightly dampen one side of the heating pad with water using a spray bottle or a damp sponge. Do not soak the pad.
- Ensure the control unit and power cord remain dry.
- Apply the moistened side of the pad to the desired area of the body.
