Operating Instructions

Switching Inputs:

  • Automatic Switching: The switch is designed to automatically detect and switch to the active HDMI input. If a new device is turned on, the switch will prioritize that input.
  • Manual Switching (Remote Control): Use the numbered buttons (1, 2, 3) on the IR remote control to directly select the desired HDMI input. Ensure the remote is pointed towards the IR sensor on the switch.
  • Manual Switching (Device Button): Press the "Select" button on the HDMI Switch itself to cycle through the available inputs (Input 1, Input 2, Input 3). The indicator lights (1, 2, 3) will show the currently active input.

Important Notes:

  • Automatic switching of Apple devices (e.g., Apple TV) is not fully supported. Due to Apple TV's constant power state, it may prevent automatic switching. Manual selection is recommended for these devices.
  • Ensure the source device is powered on for the switch to detect and display its signal.
