4. Initial Setup

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Verify that all listed components are present.
2. Connect Power: Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a suitable power outlet.
3. Charge Pagers: Place all pagers onto the charging base. Ensure they are properly seated and the charging indicators illuminate. Allow pagers to fully charge before first use (approximately 3-4 hours). The pagers have a low battery reminder, displaying 'Lo' when charging is needed.
4. Position Transmitter: Place the keypad transmitter in a central location, free from obstructions, to maximize signal range.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Calling a Pager

To call a specific pager, simply enter the pager's number on the keypad transmitter and press the 'Call' button. The corresponding pager will activate its alert mode.

5.2. Adjusting Reminder Modes

The TD156 offers flexible reminder modes. You can combine vibration, buzzer, and LED flash alerts to suit your environment. The speed of the prompt mode can also be selected from slow, medium, and fast.

5.3. Service Countdown Function

The service countdown reminder time can be set from 0-99 minutes. This feature ensures that customers are reminded to return the pager if they have not done so within the set time, preventing loss and improving pager turnover.

5.4. Out of Range Alert

If a pager exceeds the operating distance from the transmitter, it will automatically alarm to prevent loss. This feature is crucial for managing pagers in large or outdoor areas.

5.5. One-Key Shutdown

To turn off all pagers on the charging base simultaneously, press '0' followed by the 'Call' button on the keypad transmitter. This simplifies the end-of-day shutdown process.

• Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the pagers and transmitter with a soft, damp cloth. For disinfection, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture.
• Battery Care: Ensure pagers are placed on the charging base when not in use to maintain battery life. Avoid fully discharging the batteries frequently.
• Storage: Store the system in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
