Setup
Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect all parts for damage or missing pieces. Do not proceed with assembly if any parts are damaged or missing. Contact customer support immediately.
Tools Required
Tools and detailed instructions for assembly are included with your crib. Please refer to the separate assembly guide for step-by-step instructions.
Assembly Steps
Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the included assembly guide. Ensure all fasteners are securely tightened. Do not overtighten, as this may damage the wood. Verify that all connections are firm and stable before use.
Mattress Support Adjustment
The metal mattress support offers 3 adjustable positions. Select the appropriate height based on your child's age and developmental stage. For infants, use the highest position. Lower the mattress support as your child grows and becomes able to sit or stand independently to prevent falls. Ensure all mattress support hooks are securely engaged in the desired position.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the crib surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or strong solvents, as these may damage the non-toxic finish.
Regular Inspection
Periodically check all screws, bolts, and fasteners to ensure they are tight and secure. Do not overtighten. Inspect the crib for any signs of wear, damage, or loose parts. Discontinue use immediately if any part is broken, missing, or shows signs of damage, and contact customer support for replacement parts.
Storage
If storing the crib, disassemble it according to the instructions provided in the assembly guide. Store all parts and hardware in a dry, safe place, away from extreme temperatures or humidity, to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
Loose Parts
If any parts become loose during use, tighten them immediately. Do not use the crib if parts are loose or missing, as this poses a safety risk.
Difficulty with Conversion
If you encounter difficulties during conversion to a day bed, toddler bed, or full-size bed, refer to the specific conversion kit instructions. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned and oriented before attempting to fasten them.
Unusual Noises
If the crib makes unusual noises, check all connections and ensure the mattress support is properly seated and secured. Tighten any loose fasteners. If the noise persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
