3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps to properly install the V6 Pro intercom system on your helmet.
3.1 Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the intercom unit. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the V6 Pro and to a standard USB power adapter (not included). The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
3.2 Helmet Installation
The V6 Pro can be installed using the provided mounting clamp or adhesive Velcro pads.
- Choose Mounting Location: Select a flat surface on the left side of your helmet where the intercom unit will not obstruct your vision or movement.
- Install Mounting Clamp:
- Loosen the screw on the mounting clamp using the provided screw bolt driver.
- Slide the clamp onto the edge of the helmet shell, ensuring it is securely fastened.
- Tighten the screw to secure the clamp firmly in place.
- Attach Intercom Unit: Slide the V6 Pro intercom unit onto the installed mounting clamp until it clicks into place.
- Install Speakers:
- Attach the Velcro pads to the back of the speakers.
- Place the speakers inside the helmet, aligning them with your ears for optimal audio. Ensure they are positioned comfortably and do not press against your ears.
- Install Microphone:
- Attach the Velcro pad to the microphone.
- Position the microphone inside the helmet, close to your mouth but not directly touching it, to minimize wind noise and ensure clear voice pickup.
- Connect Headset: Plug the headset cable (speakers and microphone) into the designated headset jack on the V6 Pro intercom unit.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light flashes.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator light turns off.
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing with Mobile Phone
- Ensure the V6 Pro is powered off.
- Press and hold the Power button for approximately 5-7 seconds until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "V6 Pro" from the list of devices. If prompted for a password, enter "0000".
- Once paired, the indicator light will flash blue slowly.
4.3 Intercom Pairing (Multi-Rider)
The V6 Pro supports pairing with up to 5 other V6 Pro units for group communication. Only two riders can speak simultaneously.
- Ensure all V6 Pro units are powered off.
- Pairing Unit 1 (Host) with Unit 2:
- On Unit 1, press and hold the Power button until it enters pairing mode (red and blue flashing).
- On Unit 2, press and hold the Power button until it enters pairing mode (red and blue flashing).
- On Unit 1, briefly press the 'B' button. The units will attempt to connect. Once connected, the indicator lights will flash blue slowly.
- Pairing Unit 1 (Host) with Unit 3:
- Ensure Unit 1 and Unit 3 are in pairing mode.
- On Unit 1, briefly press the 'C' button. The units will attempt to connect.
- Repeat the process for Unit 4 (using 'D' button), Unit 5 (using 'E' button), and Unit 6 (using 'F' button if available, or refer to specific model instructions for 6th rider).
Once paired, the host unit can initiate communication with any of the paired riders by pressing their corresponding button (B, C, D, E). To switch between riders, press the desired rider's button.

4.4 Phone Call Functions
- Answer Call: Briefly press the Phone/Play button.
- End Call: Briefly press the Phone/Play button.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the Phone/Play button for 2 seconds.

- Play/Pause: Briefly press the Phone/Play button.
