3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation

- Slide and push open the battery cover.
- Insert 4 new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery cover securely.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Setting the Time
- Move the 'Lock setting AL SET / TIME SET' switch to the 'TIME SET' position. The time display will begin to flash.
- Press the 'HOUR 12/24' button to adjust the hour.
- Press the 'MIN/display bright levels' button to adjust the minutes.
- Once the desired time is set, move the 'Lock setting AL SET / TIME SET' switch back to the 'Lock setting' position to save the time.
4.2 Setting the Alarm
- Move the 'Lock setting AL SET / TIME SET' switch to the 'AL SET' position. The alarm time display will begin to flash.
- Press the 'HOUR 12/24' button to adjust the alarm hour.
- Press the 'MIN/display bright levels' button to adjust the alarm minutes.
- Once the desired alarm time is set, move the 'Lock setting AL SET / TIME SET' switch back to the 'Lock setting' position to save the alarm time.
- Ensure the 'AL ON/OFF' switch is in the 'ON' position for the alarm to activate.
4.3 Snooze Function
When the alarm sounds, press the large 'SNOOZE ON/OFF' button located on the top of the clock to activate the snooze function. The alarm will pause for 7 minutes and then sound again. This can be repeated up to 3 times.

4.4 Display Brightness Adjustment
The clock offers adjustable display brightness:
