Setup
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the "Product Components" section are present.
- Assemble Gauge and Valves:
- Apply thread seal tape (provided) to the threaded connections of the air pressure gauge, on/off ball valve, air inlet valve, and safety relief valve.
- Thread the air pressure gauge into its designated port on the tank.
- Thread the on/off ball valve assembly (with the angled nozzle) into the main outlet port.
- Thread the air inlet valve and safety relief valve into their respective ports.
- Ensure all connections are hand-tightened, then use a wrench for a final snug turn to prevent air leaks. Do not overtighten.
- Connect Air Supply: Connect an air compressor hose to the air inlet valve on the bead seater.

Operating Instructions
This tool is designed to quickly seat tire beads on various vehicles, including trucks and ATVs.
- Prepare the Tire: Ensure the tire and wheel are clean and free of debris. Lubricate the tire beads and wheel rim with appropriate tire mounting lubricant.
- Position the Tire: Place the tire and wheel assembly on a stable surface. Ensure the tire is positioned correctly on the rim, with both beads as close to the rim flanges as possible.
- Charge the Tank: Close the main on/off ball valve (green handle). Connect an air compressor to the air inlet valve and charge the tank to the desired pressure. For most applications, 87-116 PSI (0.6-0.8 MPa) is sufficient. Do not exceed 145 PSI (1 MPa). The air gauge will display the current pressure.
- Position the Nozzle: Position the angled nozzle of the bead seater between the tire bead and the wheel rim. Aim the nozzle to direct the air blast into the gap, ensuring it is securely placed to prevent kickback.
- Seat the Bead: While holding the nozzle firmly in place, quickly open the main on/off ball valve (green handle) to release a rapid burst of air. This sudden rush of air will force the tire bead against the rim, seating it.
- Check Bead Seating: After the blast, immediately close the main on/off ball valve. Inspect the tire to ensure both beads are fully seated around the entire circumference of the rim. If not, repeat steps 4-5.
- Inflate Tire: Once the bead is seated, disconnect the bead seater and inflate the tire to its recommended operating pressure using a standard tire inflator.
- Release Tank Pressure: After use, open the main on/off ball valve to release any remaining air pressure from the tank before storing the tool.

Description: This image shows the bead seater being used to inflate a tire sidewall, illustrating the efficient operation with its long metal barrel.

Description: This image highlights the integrated carry handle for portability and the angled hook on the nozzle, designed to assist in positioning the tool during operation.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe down the tool with a clean, dry cloth after each use to remove dirt and debris.
- Storage: Store the bead seater in a dry, clean environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure all air pressure is released before storage.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all valves, hoses, and connections for signs of wear, damage, or leaks. Replace any damaged components immediately.
- Safety Valve Check: Occasionally test the safety relief valve by gently pulling its ring to ensure it operates freely.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Air leaks from connections. | Loose connections, insufficient thread seal tape, damaged O-rings/seals. | Tighten connections. Reapply thread seal tape. Inspect and replace O-rings/seals if necessary. |
| Tire bead does not seat. | Insufficient air pressure, improper nozzle positioning, tire/rim not lubricated, tire not properly positioned. | Increase tank pressure (within limits). Reposition nozzle. Apply more lubricant. Ensure tire is centered on rim. |
| Safety relief valve activates prematurely. | Tank over-pressurized, faulty safety valve. | Ensure tank is not charged above 145 PSI. If problem persists, the safety valve may need replacement. |
