4. Setup

4.1 Power Connection

  1. Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the frame.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The frame will power on automatically.

4.2 Stand Installation

To use the frame on a tabletop, screw the provided support rod into one of the designated holes on the back of the frame. Choose the hole that provides your desired viewing angle.

4.3 Wall Mounting

The frame includes wall hanging holes on the back. Use appropriate wall anchors and screws (not included) to securely mount the frame on a wall.

4.4 Inserting Storage Media

Ensure the photo frame is turned on before inserting any media.

  • SD Card: Insert an 8-128GB (FAT32 format, Class 10) SD card into the SD card slot.
  • USB Drive: Insert a compatible USB flash drive into the USB port.

5. Operating Instructions

Navigate the frame using the buttons on the back or the included remote control.

5.1 Basic Navigation

From the main interface, use the directional buttons (Up/Down/Left/Right) to select options and the OK button to confirm. The EXIT button returns to the previous menu.

5.2 Photo Playback (Slideshow)

  1. Select "Photo" from the main interface.
  2. Photos will begin playing in a slideshow.
  3. To customize the slideshow, go to "Setting" and adjust "Slideshow Effect" and "Slide Speed".

5.3 Video Playback

  1. Select "Video" from the main interface.
  2. Choose your desired video file and press OK to play.
  3. Use the remote control for play/pause, fast forward, and rewind functions.

5.4 Music Playback

  1. Select "Music" from the main interface.
  2. Choose your desired music file and press OK to play.
  3. Volume can be adjusted using the VOL+ and VOL- buttons on the remote.

6. Settings

Access the settings menu by selecting "Setting" from the main interface.

  • Date and Time: Set the current date, time, and alarm time.
  • Slideshow Effect: Choose from various transition effects for your photo slideshows.
  • Slide Speed: Adjust the duration each photo is displayed during a slideshow.
  • Repeat Mode: Configure how media files are repeated (e.g., single, all, random).
  • Display Ratio: Select "Original" to prevent photo distortion and display images in their native aspect ratio.
  • Adjustable Brightness: Modify the screen brightness to suit your environment.
  • Sleep Mode/Scheduled On/Off: Set specific times for the frame to automatically power on or off.

7. Media Management

7.1 Deleting Photos

  1. Select "Explorer" from the main interface.
  2. Navigate to the photo you wish to delete.
  3. Press and hold the remote's "EXIT" button for 3 seconds, then release to confirm deletion.

8. Troubleshooting

  • SD Card Not Recognized: Ensure you are using an 8-128GB SD card (FAT32 format, Class 10). Make sure the frame is powered on before inserting the card.
  • Distorted Photos: In the "Setting" menu, select "Display Ratio" and choose "Original" to display photos in their correct aspect ratio.
  • Remote Control Not Responding: Check if the battery tab has been removed from the remote. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the frame's sensor.
