NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Genio 2 Coffee Machine User Manual
Model: Genio 2 | Brand: NESCAFÉ DOLCE GUSTO
Product Overview
The NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto Genio 2 is an automatic, ultra-compact capsule coffee machine designed for single-serve brewing. It features a high-pressure system (up to 15 bars) for professional-quality coffee with a thick, velvety crema. The machine supports a wide variety of coffee creations, including Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, and Latte, using hermetically sealed capsules to preserve freshness. It also includes a convenient eco-mode for energy efficiency.
Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed. Place the machine on a stable, flat surface near a power outlet.
- Fill Water Tank: Remove the water tank from the back of the machine. Fill it with fresh, clean water up to the maximum fill line. Reattach the water tank securely.
- Initial Rinse: Before brewing your first coffee, perform an initial rinse cycle. Ensure no capsule is inserted. Place an empty cup under the dispenser. Select the maximum water level (XL) and choose the hot water option. Let the machine run until the water tank is empty. Repeat with cold water. This primes the machine and cleans the internal components.
