1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation of your Toplionace VGT-2000 Ultrasonic Cleaner. This device utilizes high-frequency sound waves to clean various items, removing dirt, dust, and stains from surfaces. It is ideal for hygienic cleaning of watches, jewelry, glasses, dentures, and braces.

The VGT-2000 features a 40 kHz cleaning frequency with 35W cleaning power, ensuring that even the smallest inaccessible dirt particles are dislodged. The unit is equipped with a durable stainless steel tank for a gentle cleaning process.

2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
  • Do not operate the cleaner without liquid in the tank.
  • Keep out of reach of children.
  • Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning.
  • Do not disassemble the unit. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects to clean the unit.

4. Setup

  1. Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a flat, stable, and dry surface.
  2. Ensure the power cord is easily accessible and not obstructed.
  3. Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with tap water. For enhanced cleaning, a small amount of mild detergent can be added. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated inside the tank.
  4. Plug the power cord into a suitable 220-240V AC outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Items: Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. For delicate items or watches, use the provided watch stand. Ensure items are fully submerged in the cleaning solution but do not touch the bottom of the tank directly.
  2. Place Basket: Carefully lower the basket with items into the filled tank.
  3. Close Lid: Close the transparent lid.
  4. Start Cleaning: Press the "ON" button. The unit will automatically start a cleaning cycle. The VGT-2000 has a preset timer and will automatically shut off after 3 minutes.
  5. Monitor Progress: The digital display will show the remaining cleaning time.
  6. Finish Cleaning: Once the cycle is complete and the unit has shut off, open the lid. Carefully lift the basket out of the tank.
  7. Rinse and Dry: Rinse the cleaned items under clean running water and dry them thoroughly with a soft cloth.

6. Maintenance

  • Emptying the Tank: After each use, unplug the unit and carefully pour out the used water from the tank.
  • Cleaning the Tank: Wipe the inside of the stainless steel tank with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
  • Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals.
  • Storage: Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure the tank is completely dry before storing.
  • Avoid Overfilling: Always adhere to the 'MAX' fill line to prevent spills and damage to the unit.

7. Troubleshooting
