Wet the bristles and apply a small amount of toothpaste. Place the brush head against your teeth at a slight angle towards the gumline. Press the power button to start. Press the intensity button to adjust the vibration strength (Low, Medium, High). The selected mode and intensity will be indicated by lights on the handle.
3. Pressure Sensor
The toothbrush is equipped with a pressure sensor. If you apply too much pressure during brushing, the handle will vibrate to alert you to reduce pressure. This helps protect your gums and teeth from damage.
4. App Features and Progress Tracking
The Sonicare app provides personalized coaching and tracks your brushing performance. It records brushing duration, coverage, and pressure. A weekly progress report is generated to help you identify areas for improvement and maintain optimal oral health.
