Setup
1. Unpacking and Inspection
Carefully remove the light fixture from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to your supplier immediately.
2. Mounting
The TC-Home Wall Wash Bar Light is designed for wall mount applications. Use the integrated mounting brackets to securely attach the fixture to a stable surface. Ensure the mounting location can support the weight of the fixture and that it is positioned to achieve the desired lighting effect.

3. Power Connection
Connect the provided power cable to the power input on the rear of the fixture. Ensure the power source matches the specified input voltage (AC85-265V 50-60Hz). Use a grounded outlet for safety.
4. DMX Connection (Optional)
For DMX control, connect a 3-core XLR cable from your DMX controller's output to the DMX input on the fixture. If linking multiple units, connect the DMX output of the first fixture to the DMX input of the next, and so on. Terminate the last fixture in the chain with a DMX terminator if necessary for stable signal transmission.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean the exterior of the fixture, especially the lenses, to ensure optimal light output and prevent overheating. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild glass cleaner can be applied to the cloth (not directly to the fixture).
2. Environmental Conditions
Operate and store the fixture within the specified working environment temperature (-20℃ to 40℃) and humidity (0%-90%). Avoid exposure to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures, which can damage internal components.
3. Fan Maintenance
Ensure the cooling fan vents are clear of dust and debris to maintain proper airflow and prevent overheating. A build-up of dust can lead to increased fan noise and reduced cooling efficiency.
Troubleshooting
- No Power:
Check the power cable connection at both the fixture and the power outlet. Ensure the outlet is live. Verify the input voltage is within the specified range.
- No DMX Control:
Verify DMX cable connections. Ensure the DMX address on the fixture matches the address set on your controller. Check for proper DMX termination, especially in long chains. Test with a different DMX cable or controller if possible.
- Light Output Issues (Incorrect Colors/Flickering):
If using DMX, check DMX channel values. Ensure the fixture is not in an unintended automatic or master/slave mode. Verify power stability.
- Excessive Fan Noise:
Ensure the fan vents are not obstructed by dust or debris. Operate the fixture in a well-ventilated area to prevent the fan from working harder due to high ambient temperatures.
- Incorrect Power Connector:
The fixture uses standard power connectors. If you encounter an incompatible connector, ensure you are using the correct cable provided or a compatible replacement. Consult the manufacturer if you believe there is an issue with the provided connector type.
