4. Setup

1. Connect Power: Plug the 12V DC power cable into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket). Ensure your vehicle's engine is running to provide stable power.
2. Access Hose: Uncoil the air hose from its storage compartment on the unit.
3. Attach to Valve: Screw the air hose connector onto the valve stem of the item you wish to inflate. Ensure a tight seal to prevent air leakage.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Once connected to the 12V power source, the unit's digital display will automatically illuminate.
2. Check Current Pressure: The digital display will show the current pressure of the connected item.
3. Select Unit (if needed): Use the 'R' button (Unit Switch Button) to cycle through desired pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPA, or KG/CM.
4. Set Desired Pressure: Use the '+' and '-' buttons (Pressure Value Adjustment Buttons) to set your target pressure. The set value will blink for a few seconds.
5. Start Inflation: Press the Power Switch button (usually marked with a power symbol) to begin inflation. The compressor will start pumping air.
6. Automatic Shut-Off: The compressor will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
7. Disconnect: Once inflation is complete, turn off the unit (if it hasn't auto-shut off), disconnect the air hose from the valve stem, and unplug the power cable.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the unit with a damp cloth after use. Do not use harsh chemicals or immerse in water.
• Hose Storage: Ensure the air hose is neatly coiled and stored in its designated compartment to prevent damage.
• Fuse Replacement: The unit comes with an extra fuse. If the device stops working, check the fuse located in the 12V plug. Unscrew the tip of the plug to access and replace the fuse.
• Overheat Protection: The unit is designed with overheat protection. If it runs continuously for more than 10 minutes, allow it to cool down before further use to prevent damage.

8. Troubleshooting

• Unit Not Powering On: Ensure the 12V power cable is securely plugged into a functioning vehicle outlet and the vehicle engine is running. Check the fuse in the 12V plug.
• No Air Output: Verify the air hose is securely attached to both the inflator and the item's valve stem. Check for kinks or blockages in the hose.
• Inaccurate Pressure Reading: Ensure the hose is tightly connected to the valve stem. Disconnect and reconnect to reset the reading if necessary.
• Overheating: If the unit feels excessively hot or stops unexpectedly, it may have triggered overheat protection. Disconnect and allow it to cool for at least 15-20 minutes before resuming use.
