Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the life and preserve the appearance of your G-Shock GA-110 Multi watch.
Cleaning:
- Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth to remove dirt and moisture.
- For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the resin materials.
Battery Replacement:
The watch is powered by a standard battery with an approximate life of 2 years. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it may be time for a battery replacement. It is recommended to have battery replacement performed by an authorized service center to ensure water resistance is maintained.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your G-Shock GA-110 Multi watch, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
- Digital Display Difficult to Read in Low Light: The LED backlight primarily illuminates the analog portion of the watch. The negative digital display can be challenging to read in dark conditions, even with the backlight activated. This is a characteristic of the design. Use an external light source if necessary.
- Buttons Are Hard to Press: The buttons are designed to be firm to ensure water and dust resistance. This is normal operation. Apply firm, deliberate pressure when operating the buttons.
- Time or Date is Incorrect: Re-enter the time setting mode (refer to the "Setup" section) and ensure all parameters, including city code and DST, are correctly set.
- Analog Hands Not Synchronized: If the analog hands do not align with the digital time after setting, perform a hand home position correction. Refer to the full user manual (if available) or online resources for specific steps for the GA-110 model.
