Setup
- Initial Charging: Before first use, fully charge the power bank using a wall adapter via the USB-C or Micro USB input port. This ensures optimal battery performance. The battery status indicator lights will show the charging progress.
- Power On/Off: Short press the power button to turn on the power bank and check the battery level. Press the power button twice quickly to turn it off.
Operating Instructions
1. Wired Charging (PD18W & QC3.0)
Connect your device to one of the power bank's output ports (USB-A or USB-C) using a compatible charging cable. The power bank supports PD18W and QC3.0 fast charging for rapid power delivery to compatible devices, including laptops that support PD protocol.
2. Wireless Charging
Place your Qi-enabled device on the wireless charging area on the back of the power bank. The power bank supports 10W/7.5W/5W fast wireless charging, automatically detecting the optimal power for your device. Ensure the device is centered on the charging pad for efficient charging.
3. Solar Charging
The solar panel on the power bank is designed for emergency use and supplementary charging. For primary charging, use a wall adapter. Place the power bank in direct sunlight to utilize the solar charging feature. The solar charging indicator light will illuminate when charging via solar energy.
4. Flashlight Operation
To activate the built-in LED flashlight, long press the power button for 3 seconds. Short press the power button to cycle through different modes (Steady, Strobe, SOS). Long press again for 3 seconds to turn off the flashlight.
Maintenance
- Keep the power bank away from fire, water, and extreme temperatures (suggested temperature range: -4°F to 140°F / -20°C to 60°C).
- Do not disassemble the power bank.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- If not used for a long time, charge the power bank at least every three months to maintain battery health.
- Avoid charging mobile phones while the power bank itself is being charged.
Troubleshooting
- Device not charging: Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Check the charging cable and connections for damage or looseness. Try a different cable or port.
- Slow charging: Verify that your device and cable support fast charging protocols (PD/QC3.0). Ensure the power bank is not simultaneously charging itself and another device, which can reduce output speed.
- Wireless charging not working: Ensure your device is Qi-enabled and properly aligned on the wireless charging pad. Remove any thick cases that might interfere with wireless charging.
- Solar charging is slow: Solar charging is supplementary. For faster charging, use a wall adapter. Ensure the solar panel is exposed to direct, strong sunlight.
- Flashlight not turning on: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to activate the flashlight. If it still doesn't work, the battery might be too low.
