4. Getting Started (Setup)

4.1 Initial Charging of Your Powerstation XL

Before using your mophie powerstation XL for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge it. This ensures optimal performance and battery longevity.

  1. Connect the included USB-A to USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on your powerstation XL.
  2. Plug the other end of the cable into a compatible USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator lights will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four lights will be solid when fully charged.

4.2 Connecting Your Devices

The powerstation XL can charge devices via its USB-A and USB-C output ports.

  1. Use your device's original charging cable or a certified third-party cable.
  2. Connect one end of the cable to your device and the other end to an available USB-A or USB-C port on the powerstation XL.
  3. The powerstation XL will automatically begin charging your device. If not, press the power button once to initiate charging.

5.2 Understanding the LED Power Indicator

The four LED lights on the side of the powerstation XL indicate its battery level and charging status:

  • Two Solid Lights: 25-50% charged
  • One Solid Light: 0-25% charged
  • Flashing Lights: Indicates the powerstation XL is currently charging.

To check the battery level, briefly press the power button. The LEDs will illuminate to show the current charge.
