Maintenance
Regular cleaning and proper care will help maintain the finish and performance of your shower system.
Cleaning the Finish
To clean the Antique Brass finish, use a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the finish. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
Shower Head Nozzle Cleaning
The nozzles on the shower head are designed for easy cleaning. Periodically rub the rubber nozzles to dislodge any mineral buildup. For more stubborn deposits, a solution of white vinegar and water can be used, applied with a soft cloth.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Low water pressure from shower head | Clogged nozzles, low household water pressure. | Clean shower head nozzles. Check main water supply pressure. |
| Water leaks from connections | Loose connections, improper thread sealant, damaged washers. | Ensure all connections are tightened properly. Apply plumber's tape or sealant as needed. Replace damaged washers. |
| Handheld sprayer gets excessively hot | Water temperature set too high. | Adjust hot water temperature using the handle. Always test water temperature before use. |
| Shower system does not work with only hot or cold water | Pressure balance cartridge requires both hot and cold supply. | This is normal operation for a pressure-balanced system. Ensure both hot and cold water lines are connected and active. |
| Difficulty with adapter thread patterns | Incompatibility with standard NPT fittings. | The product uses IPS thread patterns. If your in-wall plumbing uses NPT fittings, you may need to acquire specific NPT to IPS adapters. Consult a professional plumber. |
