Setup
1. Battery Installation and Initial Calibration
Your InstaTrack Digital Bathroom Scale comes with 2 AAA batteries included. Before first use, ensure the batteries are correctly installed and the scale is calibrated for accurate readings.
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Open the cover and insert the 2 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -). Close the cover securely.
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
- Lightly step on the scale to turn it on. The display will show "0.0" or a similar reading.
- Step off the scale and wait for the display to turn off automatically. This indicates that the calibration is complete.

Operating Instructions
Weighing Procedure
- Ensure the scale is on a hard, flat surface.
- Step directly onto the scale with bare feet. The scale features instant-on technology, so there is no need to tap it first.
- Stand still on the scale, distributing your weight evenly.
- Your weight will be displayed on the large LCD screen. The reading will flash a few times before locking in.
- Step off the scale. The display will hold your weight for a few seconds and then turn off automatically to conserve battery life.
