5.2 Hard Drive Management
The pre-installed 2TB hard drive stores weeks of continuous footage. When the hard drive is full, the system will automatically overwrite the oldest recordings to make space for new footage. No manual intervention is typically required for continuous recording.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your ZOSI 4K PoE Security Camera System, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Video/Power to Camera: Ensure all Ethernet cables are securely connected to both the camera and the NVR. Verify the NVR is powered on.
- No Network Access: Check the Ethernet connection between the NVR and your router. Ensure your router is functioning correctly.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens. Ensure the camera is within its effective night vision range if it's dark.
- False Alerts: Adjust the sensitivity settings for person/vehicle detection in the NVR's menu or through the ZOSI app.
- Cannot Access Remotely: Verify your NVR is connected to the internet and the ZOSI app is properly configured. Check your network settings.
