Setup and First Use

Battery Installation:

The InstaTrack Digital Bathroom Scale requires 3 AAA batteries (included). Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the compartment securely.

Scale Placement:

Initial Calibration:

Operating Instructions

Taking a Measurement:

1. Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat, and stable surface.
2. Gently step onto the center of the scale platform with both feet. The scale will automatically turn on and display your weight.
3. Remain still until the weight reading stabilizes on the LCD display.
4. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity to conserve battery life.

Unit Conversion:

The scale can display weight in pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), or stones (st). To change the unit, locate the unit conversion button on the underside of the scale (typically near the battery compartment). Press this button to cycle through the available measurement units until your desired unit is displayed.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

To clean the scale, wipe its surface with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners, chemical solvents, or immerse the scale in water, as this can damage the electronic components.

Battery Replacement:
