Setup and Assembly

Your KIRKAS magnifying lamp offers two setup options: using the weighted desktop base or the desk clamp.

Option 1: Weighted Desktop Base Assembly

1. Unpack all components from the box.
2. Insert the bottom pole of the magnifying lamp's arm into the designated hole on the weighted desktop base.
3. Secure the arm to the base by tightening the screw located on the side of the base. Ensure it is firm but allows for rotation if desired.

Option 2: Desk Clamp Assembly

1. Unpack all components from the box.
2. Attach the desk clamp to a sturdy surface (desk, table, workbench edge) by twisting the screw until it is securely fastened. Ensure the surface thickness is compatible with the clamp's opening.
3. Insert the bottom pole of the magnifying lamp's arm into the designated hole on the top of the clamp.
4. Secure the arm to the clamp by tightening the screw on the clamp.

Operating Instructions

Once assembled, connect the USB cable from the lamp to the provided power adapter, and then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.

Using the In-line Control Panel

The control panel on the USB cable allows you to manage the lamp's settings:

• ON/OFF Button: Press to turn the lamp on or off. The button will illuminate blue when the lamp is in standby mode.
• Brightness + Button: Press to increase the brightness level (10% to 100%).
• Brightness - Button: Press to decrease the brightness level (100% to 10%).
• Color Mode Button: Press to cycle through the 3 available color modes: cool white (6000K), white (4500K), and warm yellow (3000K).

Adjusting the Lamp Arm and Head
