6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Accessing the Web Interface
To configure the decoder, access its web-based management interface:
- Ensure your computer is connected to the same network as the decoder.
- Open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox).
- Enter the decoder's IP address in the address bar. The default IP address is typically 192.168.1.168, but it may vary or be assigned by DHCP. Refer to the device's OLED display or network tools for the current IP.
- Log in using the default credentials (if prompted).
6.2 Web Interface Overview
The web interface allows you to monitor status, configure decoding parameters, and manage system settings.

7. Maintenance
- Keep the device in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
- Avoid exposing the device to direct sunlight, high temperatures, or humidity.
- Clean the device regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
- Ensure proper ventilation by not blocking the vents on the device.
- Periodically check for firmware updates via the web interface to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
8. Troubleshooting
- No Video Output:
- Check all cable connections (HDMI, VGA, CVBS, LAN).
- Ensure the decoder is powered on.
- Verify the input stream address in the web interface is correct and the encoder is sending data.
- Confirm the display device is set to the correct input source.
- Poor Video Quality:
- Check network bandwidth and stability. Insufficient bandwidth can cause pixelation or dropped frames.
- Ensure the encoder is sending a high-quality stream.
- Adjust video output settings (resolution, brightness, contrast) in the web interface.
- Cannot Access Web Interface:
- Verify the decoder's IP address and ensure your computer is on the same network segment.
- Check network cable connection to the decoder.
- Try resetting the decoder to factory defaults (refer to the device's reset button or web interface option).
- Audio Issues:
- Ensure audio is enabled and correctly configured on both the encoder and decoder.
- Check audio connections to the display device.
