Setup

1. Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.
2. Remove the cover by sliding it down or lifting it off.
3. Insert two (2) AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -).
4. Replace the battery compartment cover.

The clock will power on automatically once batteries are installed.

2. Initial Settings (Time, Date, Language, Temperature Unit)

Upon first power-on or after battery replacement, you may need to set the time, date, and preferences.

1. Set Time:
   • Press and hold the SET button (usually on the back or side) until the hour digits flash.
   • Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
   • Press SET again to move to minutes, then adjust with UP or DOWN.
   • Continue pressing SET to cycle through year, month, and date settings, adjusting each with UP or DOWN.
2. 12/24 Hour Format: Press the 12/24HR button to switch between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.
3. Temperature Unit: Press the °C/°F button to toggle between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
4. Language Setting: Press the LANGUAGE button repeatedly to cycle through the 7 available languages (English, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish) for the day display.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Alarm

1. Press and hold the top red ALARM button for 3 seconds. The alarm time digits will flash.
2. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the alarm hour.
3. Press the ALARM button again to move to alarm minutes, then adjust with UP or DOWN.
4. Press the ALARM button once more to confirm and exit alarm setting mode.

Activating/Deactivating the Alarm

• To activate the alarm, press the top red ALARM button briefly. An alarm icon will appear on the display.
• To deactivate the alarm, press the top red ALARM button briefly again. The alarm icon will disappear.

Snooze Function

• When the alarm sounds, press the top SNOOZE/LIGHT button. The alarm will pause and sound again after a few minutes (typically 5-10 minutes).
• To stop the alarm completely, press any other button on the clock, or let it ring for its full duration.

Backlight

• Press the top SNOOZE/LIGHT button to activate the cool blue backlight.
• The backlight will remain illuminated for approximately 5 seconds, providing temporary visibility in low-light conditions.

Maintenance

Cleaning

• Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents, as these may damage the display or casing.

Battery Replacement

• When the display becomes dim or the clock functions erratically, it is time to replace the batteries.
