How to Get a Better Wearing Experience
To ensure optimal sound quality and comfort, choose the best-fitting eartips from the provided selection. Gently insert the earbuds into your ears and give them a slight twist to lock them securely in place. A proper fit is crucial for sound isolation and bass performance.

How to Pair for the First Time
For initial pairing, especially if only one earbud connects, follow these steps:
- Take out the earbuds from the case. If the case still has power, each earbud will automatically power on and flash red and blue lights alternately.
- The left and right earbuds will automatically connect together. The sign of a successful connection is that only one earbud keeps the red and blue lights flashing alternately.
- Then, look for our product pairing name "Sontinh CoolBuds2" in the Bluetooth menu of your smart device, and click connect.

Auto Connect
After the earbuds power on, they will automatically connect back to the most recently connected device. When the charging box still has power, take out the earbuds, and they will automatically turn on and reconnect.

How to Power On or Off the Earbuds Manually
To manually power on or off the earbuds, press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds.

How to Control Music, Volume, Incoming Call and Voice Assistant
- Play or Pause: Double-tap either earbud.
- Increase Volume: Tap the Right earbud once.
- Decrease Volume: Tap the Left earbud once.
- Next Track: Long press the Right earbud for 1 second.
- Previous Track: Long press the Left earbud for 1 second.
- Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Triple-tap on either earbud.
- Answer / Hang up Call: Double-tap either earbud.
- Reject Call: Long press either earbud.

Charging Your CoolBuds2
How to Charge the Case
Connect the provided USB charging cable to the micro USB port on the back of the charging case. The four blue LED lights on the case indicate the charging status. Each light represents approximately 25% charge.

The earbuds offer a 6-hour music playtime on a single charge, and the portable charging case provides an extra 3 charges, extending the total playtime to 20 hours. The charging time for the earbuds is approximately 1.5 hours, and the carrying case battery charging time is 5 hours.
Maintenance and Care
The CoolBuds2 earbuds are sweat-proof, splash-proof, and rainproof with an IPX5 water resistance level. While they can withstand splashes and light rain, they are not designed for submersion in water. To clean the earbuds, gently wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and ensure they remain charged.
