Setup
1. Oiling the Machine
The Siruba AA-6 features an automatic lubrication system. Before first use and periodically during operation, ensure the oil reservoir is filled with appropriate sewing machine oil. The oil pump lubricates important moving parts, extending the machine's lifespan.

2. Threading the Machine
Follow these steps to properly thread the machine:
- Place the thread spool onto the spool pin.
- Guide the thread through the tension discs.
- Pass the thread through the take-up lever.
- Thread the needle from front to back.
- Ensure the thread is seated correctly in all guides to prevent tangling and ensure proper stitch formation.

Operating Instructions
1. Starting the Machine
Connect the power cord to a 110V power outlet. Hold the machine firmly by the handle. The power switch is located conveniently for easy access.

2. Stitching a Bag
- Align the edge of the bag to be stitched under the presser foot.
- Press the power switch to start the machine.
- Guide the bag smoothly through the machine, maintaining a steady pace. The machine will produce a single-thread chain stitch (Type 101).
- The stitch length is fixed at 7.2 mm.

3. Automatic Thread Cutter
Upon completion of stitching, the machine is equipped with an automatic thread cutter. Simply guide the bag past the cutting mechanism, and the thread will be severed automatically.
Maintenance
1. Regular Oiling
Check the oil level regularly and refill the reservoir as needed. Proper lubrication is crucial for the longevity and smooth operation of the machine.
2. Cleaning
Periodically clean lint and dust from the machine's moving parts, especially around the needle and looper areas. Use a soft brush or compressed air. Ensure the machine is unplugged before cleaning.
3. Needle Replacement
Replace needles regularly, especially if they become bent, dull, or broken. Using a damaged needle can affect stitch quality and potentially damage the machine. Use only DBx1 200/25 needles.
