Setup and Preparation

1. Surface Preparation: The surface to be painted must be free of dust, dry, and grease-free. If necessary, clean the surface thoroughly with a silicone remover.
2. Temperature: The target object should have a temperature between 20°C and 25°C for optimal application and drying.
3. Shake Well: Before use, shake and stir the base coat can thoroughly. The paint is ready for spraying and does not need to be diluted.

Operating Instructions: Application

Base Coat Application

1. Initial Spray: Lightly spray the object with the ready-to-use base coat and allow it to flash off for 30 minutes.
2. Full Coverage: After the initial flash-off, apply 1-2 layers of base coat until full coverage is achieved.
3. Drying: After the last color application, allow the base coat to dry completely (approximately 60 minutes). The drying time depends heavily on the object and ambient temperature. The base coat surface must be completely matte when dry.

Clear Coat Application

1. Mix Clear Coat and Hardener: Mix 2 parts clear coat with 1 part hardener (mixing ratio 2:1).
2. Apply Clear Coat: Apply the mixed clear coat following the same procedure as the base coat.
3. Coverage: 1000 ml of clear coat is sufficient for approximately 3.0 sq m.
4. Sealing: After the last clear coat application, the paint must be sealed with 1K or 2K clear coat.

• Regularly wash the painted surface with mild automotive soap and water.
