4. Setup

5. Operating Instructions

- Position the Bag: Place the open end of the plastic bag flat across the sealing strip. Ensure the area to be sealed is smooth and free of wrinkles.
- Press the Handle: Firmly press down the operating handle. The red indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the heating element is active.
- Hold for Optimal Seal: Keep the handle pressed down for 2-3 seconds after the red indicator light goes off. This allows the seal to cool and set properly, ensuring a strong, durable seal.
- Release Handle: Gently release the handle and remove the sealed bag.

6. Maintenance
6.1. Cleaning
Always unplug the sealer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior of the machine. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure no moisture comes into contact with the heating element or electrical components.
6.2. Replacing the Heat Seal Strip and Heating Element
Over time, the heat seal strip (Teflon strip) or the heating element may wear out. Replace them as follows:

- Remove Old Strip/Element: Carefully remove the screws holding the old Teflon strip and heating element in place. Discard the worn parts.
