1. Introduction

This user manual provides essential information for the safe and effective operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your Ninco Pro Cruiser Buggy. The Pro Cruiser is a high-performance 1/12 scale radio-controlled buggy designed for enthusiasts. It features 4-wheel drive, oil shock absorbers, metal differential gears, and ball bearings, capable of reaching speeds up to 35 km/h and offering up to 20 minutes of playtime. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use.

2. Safety Warnings

WARNING: Not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Contains small parts, choking hazard. Adult supervision is required at all times.

  • Always operate the vehicle in open areas away from people, pets, and obstacles.
  • Do not operate near roads, water, or in adverse weather conditions.
  • Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away from moving parts.
  • Do not touch the motor immediately after use, as it may be hot.
  • Use only the specified batteries and charger. Improper use can lead to fire, injury, or property damage.
  • Do not attempt to modify or disassemble the vehicle or its components.
  • Store the vehicle and remote control in a cool, dry place when not in use.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Buggy Battery

  1. Connect the provided charger to a power outlet.
  2. Connect the 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery to the charger.
  3. Allow the battery to charge fully. The charging indicator on the charger will change (e.g., from red to green) when complete.
  4. Disconnect the battery from the charger once fully charged. Do not overcharge.

5.2 Installing Batteries in the Remote Control

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the 2.4 GHz remote control.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 2x AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.3 Installing the Buggy Battery

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the buggy.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Carefully insert the charged Li-Ion battery into the compartment.
  4. Connect the battery connector to the buggy's power connector.
  5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

5.4 Pairing the Remote Control and Buggy

  1. Turn on the remote control. The indicator light will likely flash.
  2. Turn on the power switch on the buggy.
  3. The remote control and buggy should automatically pair. The indicator light on the remote control will become solid when pairing is successful.
  4. If pairing fails, turn off both devices and repeat the steps.

6. Operating the Buggy

Once the buggy and remote control are paired, you are ready to operate your Ninco Pro Cruiser.

  • Forward/Backward: Use the trigger on the remote control. Pull the trigger to move forward, push it to move backward.
  • Steering: Use the steering wheel on the side of the remote control. Turn the wheel left to steer left, and right to steer right.
  • Speed Control: The trigger provides proportional speed control. Pull it gently for slower speeds, and fully for maximum speed.
  • Trim Adjustments: If the buggy does not drive straight when the steering wheel is centered, use the steering trim dial on the remote control to adjust.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: After each use, especially in dusty or dirty conditions, gently clean the buggy with a soft brush or cloth. Do not use water directly on electronic components.
  • Battery Care: Always fully charge the battery before use and store it partially charged (around 50%) if not used for extended periods. Do not leave batteries fully charged or fully discharged for long durations.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the wheels, suspension, and steering components for any damage or loose parts. Tighten screws as needed.
  • Lubrication: Periodically check and lubricate moving parts like gears and bearings as recommended by RC hobby practices.
  • Storage: Store the buggy and remote control in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove batteries from the remote control if storing for a long time.

8. Troubleshooting
