1. Introduction

The iLive IAEBTW59B Truly Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds offer a cable-free audio experience with a sporty hook design for secure fit. These earbuds feature Bluetooth v5.0 for stable connectivity up to 49 feet and are IPX waterproof, making them suitable for active use. The included charging case provides protection and convenient recharging for extended listening.

Key features include a built-in microphone for hands-free calls, voice prompts, and a battery life of approximately 4.5 hours at 50 percent volume.

2. What's in the Box

Please ensure all items are present upon unboxing:

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the micro-USB end of the charging cable to the port on the charging case and the USB end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port. The charging indicator lights will show the charging status.

3.2. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and removed from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your mobile device, navigate to the Bluetooth settings.
3. Search for available devices and select "IAEBTW59B" from the list.
4. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.

3.3. Fitting the Earbuds

4. Operating the Earbuds

4.1. Power On/Off

• Power On: Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case. They will automatically power off and begin charging.

4.2. Media Control

The earbuds feature integrated media controls. Refer to the quick start guide included in the packaging for specific button functions for playing/pausing music, skipping tracks, and adjusting volume.

4.3. Hands-Free Speakerphone

With the built-in microphone, you can answer and end calls directly from the earbuds when paired with your smartphone. Voice prompts will guide you through call functions.

5.2. Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Remove eartips and ear hooks for separate cleaning with mild soap and water, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your iLive IAEBTW59B earbuds, refer to the following common solutions:

• No Power: Ensure the earbuds and charging case are fully charged.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are in pairing mode. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device. If issues persist, try resetting the earbuds (refer to the quick start guide for reset instructions).
