2. Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • Always ensure the tent is properly anchored using the provided ground stakes and ropes.
  • Do not use this canopy tent in winds exceeding 30 mph (48 km/h). High winds can cause the tent to become unstable and potentially collapse.
  • Keep away from heat sources and open flames. The canopy material is not fireproof.
  • Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for setup, use, and dismantling.
  • In case of fire, extinguish immediately and contact the manufacturer.
  • Ensure all frame components are securely locked into place during setup and before use.
  • Do not hang heavy objects from the frame.
  • Supervise children around the canopy tent.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for proper setup of your canopy tent:

  1. Unpack the Tent: Remove the tent frame (with the canopy attached) from the wheeled storage bag. Place the collapsed frame in the desired setup location.
  2. Partially Expand the Frame: With two people on opposite sides, gently pull the outer legs of the frame outwards until the frame is partially expanded. Do not fully extend the legs yet.
  3. Secure the Canopy: Ensure the canopy fabric is properly positioned over the frame. The reinforced corners of the canopy should align with the frame's corner supports.
  4. Fully Expand the Frame: Continue pulling the outer legs until the frame is fully expanded. The central locking mechanism should click into place. You may need to push up on the central hub from underneath to fully lock it.
  5. Extend the Legs: Press the ABS plastic sliders on each leg and extend them to the desired height. Ensure all four legs are set to the same height for stability. There are three height settings available.
  6. Anchor the Tent: Use the provided ground stakes and ropes to secure the tent to the ground. Attach ropes to the canopy's D-rings and stake them firmly into the ground at an angle. This is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions.

  • Ventilation: The canopy features a double-vented top designed to maximize airflow and reduce heat buildup underneath the tent.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance extends the life of your canopy tent:

  • Cleaning the Canopy: Clean the canopy fabric with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the UV and water-resistant coatings. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Cleaning the Frame: Wipe down the steel frame with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Ensure all moving parts are free of obstructions.
  • Inspection: Regularly inspect the frame for any signs of damage, bending, or rust. Check the canopy fabric for tears, holes, or excessive wear. Address any issues promptly to prevent further damage.

7. Storage and Transport

Follow these steps for efficient storage and transport:

  1. Lower the Legs: Press the ABS plastic sliders on each leg and fully retract them to their lowest position.
  2. Collapse the Frame: With two people on opposite sides, gently push the outer legs inwards until the frame begins to collapse. Ensure the central locking mechanism disengages. Continue collapsing until the frame is fully folded.
  3. Prepare for Storage: Once collapsed, ensure the canopy fabric is neatly folded around the frame.
  4. Use the Wheeled Bag: Carefully place the collapsed tent (with canopy still attached) into the provided wheeled storage bag. Zip the bag closed. The wheels facilitate easy transport.

8. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter:

  • Difficulty Expanding/Collapsing: Ensure no fabric is caught in the frame mechanisms. Apply gentle, even pressure. If the frame is stiff, check for debris in the joints.
  • Tent Instability: Verify that all legs are fully extended and locked at the same height. Ensure the tent is properly anchored with all stakes and ropes. Do not use in high winds.
  • Water Pooling on Canopy: Ensure the canopy is taut and properly secured to the frame. Adjust leg heights if necessary to create proper tension and allow water runoff.
