Troubleshooting
The Manitowoc Indigo NXT Series features intelligent diagnostics that can help identify potential issues. Refer to the EasyTouch Display for diagnostic codes and messages.
Common Issues and Solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No Ice Production | No power, water supply off, clogged water filter, high ambient temperature. | Check power supply, ensure water valve is open, replace water filter, ensure proper ventilation. |
| Low Ice Production | Dirty condenser, low water pressure, scale buildup on evaporator, high ambient temperature. | Clean condenser, check water supply, descale machine, ensure proper ventilation. |
| Unusual Noise | Loose components, fan obstruction, compressor issue. | Inspect for loose parts, clear fan area, contact service technician if compressor noise persists. |
| Water Leaks | Loose connections, clogged drain, damaged water line. | Tighten connections, clear drain line, inspect and replace damaged lines. |
If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, contact a qualified service technician.
